Laughter is the best medicine! Join Program Coordinator, and newly certified Laughter Yoga leader, Danielle
Foley, for this fun new program! All ages and abilities are welcome in this class—laughter yoga combines gentle
movement, yoga breathing, relaxation and laughter! You just need to bring an open mind and a willingness to
laugh and be silly together! Class is held on Thursdays at 1pm.
